As you step into the dark and intriguing bar, your are gradually carried into deeper waters and ultimately find yourself on a unique journey 20,000 feet under the sea.

Belly of the Beast is the latest project by the award-winning bartender Tess Posthumus, a well-established name in the world of bartending. Together with Joeri Salet, co-owner of Supper and the successful Bar Rouge, which was nominated for the Best Restaurant/Bar Entree Awards in 2021, they bring a unique synergy to the historic Odeon building in Amsterdam.
